HIGH RISK ONE-TO-ONE DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM EXCELLENT BEHIND THE WHEEL FLEET DRIVER TRAINING The full-day One-to-One Training program provides intense, personalized training for drivers with a history of violations and/or crashes. The One-to-One Training program is conducted during a normal business day so as to keep your driver productive and also to give the trainer an accurate view of the driver's normal routine. The course takes a positive approach that demonstrates your company’s concern for employee safety. Throughout the day, the instructor observes your driver’s skills on the road and looks for areas needing improvement. The instructor also provides practical advice on the spot – offering tips the driver can use immediately to help make them a better...safer driver. At the end of the day the instructor and driver review key problem areas observed and proven strategies for addressing each, while the instructor secures your driver’s commitment to improvement. Our ADTS instructor also provides a comprehensive written report to management, detailing the findings and providing documentation of your efforts. The report is an excellent tool for managers to use in following up with the driver on specific safety issues.

ADTS DRIVER AWARENESS DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM EXCELLENT BEHIND THE WHEEL FLEET DRIVER TRAINING The ADTS half-day Driver Awareness Program improves drivers' attentiveness and focus – helping reduce the incidence of crashes and their costs. It's a great way to tackle the problem of drivers operating their vehicles with little awareness of their surroundings. The Driver Awareness Program combines one hour of classroom instruction with three hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. A single instructor trains two or three drivers in a single session for a personalized learning experience. Behind the wheel, each driver narrates what he or she observes as the ADTS instructor coaches the driver operating the vehicle on different types of roads and in different traffic patterns. On-the-spot situational coaching helps your driver immediately apply key skills and concepts like proper scanning, escape routes and spatial awareness. To improve retention, each driver receives the ADTS LifeSaver Safety Points and a personalized critique completed by the instructor. Led by the industry's most skilled instructors! The Driver Awareness Program is taught by ADTS' highly experienced driver safety instructors – current or former police officers with extensive backgrounds in traffic safety management, including certified motor vehicle crash investigators and reconstructionists. * Just a reminder, High-risk drivers with a history of crashes and/or violations require the more detailed, intensive program provided by the ADTS High-Risk One-to-One Training.
