This driving school was exactly what I needed to pass my road test, and I truly cannot thank them enough. Each lesson I felt more confident in the skills I already had (parallel parking, turning, etc) and was able to perfect them by the time I took my test. I could not have done it without my instructor, Mr. Taylor, who has lots of experience and patience in teaching driving. Using methods and procedures really carried me through in the end even if I was unsure of them in the beginning. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to fine-tune their driving and instil confidence right before their road test. Thank you so much for everything, and I wish everyone luck on their driving journey!

I got my CDLs from there over 15 years ago & everything I learned about trucking I learned on the road not from there. The instructor would take us down the road a few miles away from the school & we would sit in a parking lot of a store until a certain amount of time had passed then drive back to the school. A couple of times we actually we to their house to kill time. I hope it's better than it was a few years ago

I have sent 2 of my kids to Old School of Driving, both times have been smooth with no issues. Communication is always great and questions are answered quickly. Carla, was my daughter's instructor most recently, she was patient and informative. My daughter really liked her and felt like she learned a lot both in class and on the road with her.

In Response to Brigette Welton review: Brigette, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But your accusations are unfounded. You didn’t lose your money, your child received the 30 hours class time and you chose to take him elsewhere to have the 6 hours driving completed. Your son was going to be completed with all of the State of NC requirements to test for his learners permit by Hester Driving Academy, well before his 15th birthday. I tried to explain this to you over the phone. But you wouldn’t listen to reason. Your behavior on the phone conversation of yelling, foul language and hanging up on me showed your true character. So in a nutshell, you were asking us to drive your child earlier and run him in front of others. We will ALWAYS do what is right and ethical even when our reputation is threatened and falsely portrayed. Best of luck with your teen driver. God Bless

I highly recommend the Hester's at Hester Driving Academy. They explain everything on how the process is done and I knew my kid had to start early to be able to get it done in a timely manner. The Hester’s are a Wonderful family and business! Thank you 😊

Romik is an absolute disgrace as an instructor. His vile behavior towards children that are attempting to learn for the first time is beyond comprehension. No wonder his shoe business failed. Vile human being that needs to re-evaluate the way he treats others in his miserable life. Fire him.

Misty Yates I highly recommend her! She was so nice and encouraging and made my driving experience feel amazing! She's very kind and helped me calm my nerves! Great at explaining things

Very good teacher, she tells you what you did wrong and how to fix it, she disciplines you when needed, and tells you when you did something wrong. She also has good stories and entertaining conversations to be had, would recommend 💯💯 👍

I want to start by saying that Mister P Commercial Driving School was the best thing that ever happened to me! Now, let me talk about my instructor, Corey. He was patient, understanding, and firm, everything I needed to succeed. I promise you, these people act as though they’re getting their CDL like it’s something they’re accomplishing. I highly recommend Corey and appreciate everything he did for me. I made it through, and I know it was because God, my wife, and Corey.

Under my 'expert' tutelage, my daughter failed her first driving test abysmally. I paid for lessons with John and she passed with confidence. She found John to be a good teacher. If I was to guess, he probably needs an office assistant or a better office assistant.
