In Response to Brigette Welton review: Brigette, Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But your accusations are unfounded. You didn’t lose your money, your child received the 30 hours class time and you chose to take him elsewhere to have the 6 hours driving completed. Your son was going to be completed with all of the State of NC requirements to test for his learners permit by Hester Driving Academy, well before his 15th birthday. I tried to explain this to you over the phone. But you wouldn’t listen to reason. Your behavior on the phone conversation of yelling, foul language and hanging up on me showed your true character. So in a nutshell, you were asking us to drive your child earlier and run him in front of others. We will ALWAYS do what is right and ethical even when our reputation is threatened and falsely portrayed. Best of luck with your teen driver. God Bless

I highly recommend the Hester's at Hester Driving Academy. They explain everything on how the process is done and I knew my kid had to start early to be able to get it done in a timely manner. The Hester’s are a Wonderful family and business! Thank you 😊

Romik is an absolute disgrace as an instructor. His vile behavior towards children that are attempting to learn for the first time is beyond comprehension. No wonder his shoe business failed. Vile human being that needs to re-evaluate the way he treats others in his miserable life. Fire him.

Very good teacher, she tells you what you did wrong and how to fix it, she disciplines you when needed, and tells you when you did something wrong. She also has good stories and entertaining conversations to be had, would recommend 💯💯 👍

I want to start by saying that Mister P Commercial Driving School was the best thing that ever happened to me! Now, let me talk about my instructor, Corey. He was patient, understanding, and firm, everything I needed to succeed. I promise you, these people act as though they’re getting their CDL like it’s something they’re accomplishing. I highly recommend Corey and appreciate everything he did for me. I made it through, and I know it was because God, my wife, and Corey.

Under my 'expert' tutelage, my daughter failed her first driving test abysmally. I paid for lessons with John and she passed with confidence. She found John to be a good teacher. If I was to guess, he probably needs an office assistant or a better office assistant.

Quiero dejar esta reseña para expresar mi experiencia con el servicio de instrucción de manejo y el proceso de examen práctico de esta escuela.Un servicio bien horrible y decepcionante .Mi esposo adquirió un paquete de cuatro clases de manejo para nuestra hija, además del pago adicional para realizar el examen práctico.Debido al costo del servicio, esperábamos una formación completa, estructurada y adecuada para prepararla correctamente para la prueba de conducción. Durante las clases, la instructora asignada, Maritza, no incluyó varias de las habilidades fundamentales necesarias para el examen práctico. La instrucción se centró en la conducción general, pero no se enseñaron maniobras esenciales como el giro de tres puntos, el estacionamiento adecuado y otras habilidades básicas requeridas para aprobar la prueba. Al finalizar las cuatro horas de clases, la estudiante no contaba con la preparación suficiente, por lo que la familia tuvo que complementar su aprendizaje por cuenta propia. El día del examen, la evaluación práctica fue realizada por un examinador que, a su vez, estaba siendo evaluado por otra persona dentro del proceso interno de la escuela. Al iniciar la prueba, el examinador solicitó encender el carro y encender el aire acondicionado , porque tenía calor y después le realizó una pregunta que ella no supo cómo responderle , aunque sabía la respuesta. Debido a los nervios, la estudiante no pudo responder. Inmediatamente después, se le informó que había reaprobado el examen, sin darle la oportunidad de completar el recorrido ni demostrar sus habilidades de conducción. Nuestra hija tiene 18 años y se encontraba en proceso de obtener su licencia como parte de su preparación para ingresar a la universidad. Esta situación tuvo un impacto emocional significativo, afectando su confianza y su experiencia en general. Posteriormente, se nos contactó para ofrecer la repetición del examen sin costo adicional. Aunque se valora el gesto, la situación inicial genera serias preocupaciones sobre la aplicación del procedimiento de evaluación. Considero importante que la escuela revise sus métodos de instrucción y sus procesos de evaluación, con el fin de garantizar que los estudiantes reciban una formación adecuada y que las pruebas se realicen de manera justa, objetiva y conforme a los criterios establecidos. Por mi parte no la recomiendo en absoluto.

Please think carefully before enrolling in this driving school. Based on my personal experience, I found the service unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth what I paid. During one scheduled lesson, the one of instructor spent approximately 40 minutes talking to me and only about five minutes letting me drive around a single block. The other instructor, Bern, conducted my lessons, and I experienced his behavior as aggressive and rude. After these experiences, I requested a refund for the unused services remaining in my package. In the morning, I was told that I would receive a refund. Later, Bern called me, refused the refund, and appeared to pretend that he was someone else from management. I am a medical student(doctor in training), and I am sharing this as an honest account of my own experience. I would be willing to provide further details if needed. I sincerely recommend researching other driving schools in Brooklyn—or learning from a qualified family member if that is a safe and legal option—before paying this school.
