My son really enjoyed going to Brake-Thru driving. Chase was a great teacher and drive instructor for my son. Each drive he had with Chase he was told what he needed to improve on. I know that everyone has bad reviews for RCDS. It is awful and all of the reviews are true. I was overwhelmed trying to figure out which company to choose. I will save you the hassle. Just call Glenn at Excelsior Driving School. He saved us when we were in the middle of dealing with this RCDS scam for 3 months. Glenn got us all done in less than 2 weeks. RCDS still owes us our behind the wheel and have said they will refund us but have not. I feel for the scam when Kendall, the owner's wife, blamed the bad service on the death of her mother in law. I felt bad for them and said that we would go with them and trust that they were trying to turn things around. They were not. They are a scam. Let's start by saying that if I had the chance to I would give this company zero stars. This driving school has absolutely the rudest staff, never books a driving test appointment for you and the owner would constantly hang up the phone or try to avoid you when needing any sort of assistance. This driving school is all about making money by purposely providing you with a non-satisfactory vehicle in order for you to fail and take more classes unless you're already experienced and know how to handle any car situation. To further provide details, " I took a driving test and was using their car, when using their car, the car's brakes were extremely soft and when pressing them just a little bit, caused me and my test instructor to jump from our seats. (Gladly, I explained to her and she noticed herself as well) Everyone, apart from the driving school, failed this day due to it, besides me, since I already had experience driving multiple vehicles before. Also, they will charge you extra for asking for a driving test day sooner after giving me the run around about a date for 2 Lastly, you never take driving classes in the car used for the driving test or at least a similar car but instead use old vehicles that are nothing like the one used on the driving date. Also, make sure that you bring proof of the package price as they will try to charge you extra in person unless you show them.
