I am writing this review anonymously due to Marybeth's tendency to publicly put people on blast, attack their families, call their employers and threaten to disclose private information. The negative Google reviews Marybeth has received speak for themselves. Like with this review platform here, where Marybeth has posted (2) five-star reviews of herself by means of "responding" to customer feedback, I do not believe that all of positive Google reviews are authentic. As Marybeth makes clear, she has been doing this for 25 years and as such she has had ample time to create dozens of Gmail accounts to fake her own reviews. Thank you so much!! I have used Earl for both of my children, the second of which passed her driving test today on the first try, just like her sibling. Earl was amazing at having them prepared and removing any anxiety for the driving test. He scheduled both tests and picked them up for it ah hour before for another lesson to prepare. I should have seen the red flags. A business that has supposedly been going for 10 plus years, but doesn't even have the reviews to match. 10 years and only 20 reviews? We thought we would give it a shot, but it was a big letdown. We paid for driving lessons for my child, starting March 28th, 2026, with a pickup time of 2:30 pm on Saturdays. We spoke to the woman on the phone. Paid the bill and made the appointments for the lessons. March 28th rolls up. We are outside, ready for the arrival and start of the lesson. 2:30 goes by, and it's 2:40. No call. No text. No email. No communication at all. We called so many times and left voicemails that by 3:30, we went back inside because it was clear this place was not going to hold up to the paid agreement of services. So I did some research. Florida State has multiple websites that list licensed and approved Driving Schools here in Florida, and this was not even listed there. Then I looked at the payment we made. Payments do not go to Palm Coast Driving School but to Jacksonville Driving School, which also claims to be licensed but isn't listed. Palm Coast Driving School claims to be open on Saturdays, but no one answered or called back. Their Facebook page, however, says they are closed on Saturdays. So, for 10 years, you don't update your business websites, you have no photos attached to your business sites like on here, when businesses that are only weeks old can have hundreds by now. Monday came, and normal business day, we still had no call. No response at all from this company. I didn't want to wait months like the other poor 1-star review, so we reversed the payments with our credit card company, and it was also how we found out the payments were not being processed by Palm Coast Driving School. Waited until Wednesday to see if, I don't know, some sense of professionalism and sense of running a business would kick in, and we would get a call with, I don't know, an explanation as to why you took money but never showed up for work? But I digress....No calls. So, yes, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. I would take stars to just how garbage run this is and why anyone should think twice about putting their children with a stranger who can't even show up for an already paid for job. Think twice about trusting the safety if you kids with someone who can't even communicate with you why they are late or now showing up. The school did so much for me It truly saved my life On are lunch break I was enjoying some fried chicken I started to choke on a bone and could not breath Jaden jumped into action and did that maneuver and then CPR and saved my life. Had the worst experience with one of the instructors named Raymond! Parents be aware do not let your daughters drive alone with this man! Besides being a predator this man is very unprofessional! Had to reschedule twice! First was because his timeline didn’t fit the time he had scheduled the appointment and second I will admit I had to reschedule because I had something come up, so we rescheduled for Tuesday March 31st at 10:30am! Mind you this man said this on Saturday March 28th that this date and time was fine! He picked the time! I contact him today March 30th confirming our appointment for tomorrow and he says to me to flex my schedule for him because he will not be making it by 10:30! I asked why what happened with 10:30? Raymond says that he scheduled other appointments while also having my lesson scheduled and told me that 10:30 wouldn’t work after he clearly stated that was perfect timing! I told him he should’ve let me know before he even scheduled Tuesday 10:30! If he knew he had other appointments! I felt disrespected and my time and money were wasted! Do not come here !!!! I’m so happy to say I passed my road test, and I couldn’t have done it without this amazing driving school! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and encouraging. DO NOT ENROLL in Harmony Driving School. I enrolled my son in Drivers ED with Harmony Driving School at Lovejoy high school where my kid took the class and took the paper test to get his permit. I paid for him to get driving lessons as well. Once he got his permit and I called to schedule driving lessons, it took a week for anyone to get back to me. And then another 3 weeks for an actual driving lesson time. Because of the length of time it took to get a driving lesson scheduled, I started my son at a different driving school. When I requested the certificate of transfer that is necessary to change driving schools, the contact at Harmony was very rude and told me he would meet me at the school on a specific date and time with the certificate. I called him three times that day, once before I drove to school, once I was there, and once before I left. I waited 30mins in the parking lot before leaving. I have received no phone call. I have heard that other families have had problems as well with this driving school….such as getting the run around when asking for the certificate/money back when services were not provided. Will change my review if he gets back to me and provides me with the documentation that I need to get my son his drivers license and money for services not received. Read More

I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son’s lessons. His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son’s confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn’t perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. As a result, his confidence has significantly declined, and he is now experiencing anxiety behind the wheel and does not feel ready to take his driver’s test. I was also very troubled to hear that she told my son another student had become so upset during a lesson that they got out of the car and refused to continue. That alone raises serious concerns about her professionalism and teaching style. In addition, my son has ADHD, which was disclosed at the time of enrollment. This makes patience and clear, supportive instruction even more important—unfortunately, that was not our experience. I attempted to contact the school on two separate days and left messages but did not receive a response. Had there been communication and a resolution offered, I would have preferred to handle this privately rather than leave a public review. As I prepared to write this, I also noticed that Toya Phillips has been mentioned in other negative reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. At this point, I am requesting two additional driving sessions with Coach Michael, as he was professional, patient, and truly made a positive impact on my son’s learning experience. Driving instruction requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in new drivers. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.
