I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son’s lessons. His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son’s confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn’t perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. As a result, his confidence has significantly declined, and he is now experiencing anxiety behind the wheel and does not feel ready to take his driver’s test. I was also very troubled to hear that she told my son another student had become so upset during a lesson that they got out of the car and refused to continue. That alone raises serious concerns about her professionalism and teaching style. In addition, my son has ADHD, which was disclosed at the time of enrollment. This makes patience and clear, supportive instruction even more important—unfortunately, that was not our experience. I attempted to contact the school on two separate days and left messages but did not receive a response. Had there been communication and a resolution offered, I would have preferred to handle this privately rather than leave a public review. As I prepared to write this, I also noticed that Toya Phillips has been mentioned in other negative reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. At this point, I am requesting two additional driving sessions with Coach Michael, as he was professional, patient, and truly made a positive impact on my son’s learning experience. Driving instruction requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in new drivers. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.

Mr. Wrench is an awesome instructor! He is very patient, understanding, informative, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. My experiences with Mrs. Wirt have also been nothing less than superb! All American Drivers Education has lots of different services to offer and I assure that you won’t be disappointed! I highly recommend them for your drivers education needs!

Highly recommend Go and Drive — especially instructor Vivian! I couldn't be happier with our experience at Go and Drive! From the very start, the process of setting up driving classes and making payments was incredibly easy and straightforward. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating every step of the way. A special shoutout to instructor Vivian, who was absolutely wonderful in teaching my daughter how to drive. Her patience is truly second to none — she made my daughter feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel from day one. Vivian's teaching skills and guidance are exceptional; she has a natural ability to explain things clearly and ensure her students truly understand what they're doing rather than just going through the motions. Thanks to Vivian's expert instruction, my daughter gained the skills and confidence she needed to become a safe, capable driver. Dennis the owners, is kind , patient thorough and highly trained and consumate Professional Driving instructor.He is understanding about how it can be a big undertaking of trying to learn to learn to drive as a mature Adult,who has had some anxious feelings about driving,not anymore! I'm so happy to report that I will soon be driving independently abd how much my life will improve because of it!

Drive4Success is an amazing driving school for adult learners like me. I took the behind the wheel classes with Mr. Kevin Orr. He is a extremely professional and a patient instructor!! He boosted my confidence to drive in the freeways, state highways, and do slow manners like parallel parking, which I dreaded before the lessons. I received my driving license!!! Yay!! Bill was great. My son loved his driving lessons! I was not very confident with my son's driving ability in the beginning, but Bill got him driving with the other drivers on the road, we practiced in between lessons, and my son is good driver (if I do say so myself!). He passed his driver's test on the first try!

Would not recommend this school to ANYONE who is trying to have a reliable and consistent process towards getting their license. This school constantly canceled classes, unprepared with instructors, and when it finally came to the time to do my drivers test the school did not have my paperwork ready even through it has been over two weeks of waiting and now have to wait ANOTHER week. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I took Drivers Ed with Donna during High School in Concord, MA. I still think about how poorly I was treated by Donna. She made it a point to talk to the jock kids about their sex lives and flirt with them. She consistently treated me poorly. One day she called me a "skinhead" due to the fact that my head was shaved. When I told her that was an ignorant thing to say, as I didn't appreciate the racist connotation, she told me I would never drive in the car with her again. Fine by me! Ricky was gross too, talking about High School age girls. I can't believe that they are still in business. Disgusting family and a sham of a program.
