Welcome to Albert Lea Area Schools. We are a thriving school system of over 3,500 students in grades preK- focused on continuous improvement. We have a dedicated staff that strives to meet the needs of our diverse student body every day. We are proud of the accomplishments of the members of our district at every level of education.We continue to expand our ConnectED technology initiative. This year, our students in grades 6-12 will be issued a laptop computer to assist with their studies, while students in grades 3-5 will have access to laptops in every classroom on a daily basis. Students in K-2 will have access to iPads.
