the first time i tried to schedule was fine, the woman over the phone was kind and accommodating however i was told that they only do weekends. i ended up having to cancel two days before the lesson, adhering to their 24 hour cancellation policy, and she was understanding and told me to call back whenever was convenient as she had my information down. i call back later and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending, then i was told i was on a "no service" list or whatever for cancellation despite having cancelled way before 24 hours and instead of the original $260 quote i was given he wanted to charge me $325. nothing has changed since my first call. their website is old and inconsistent and their operator needs to learn that to have clientele he needs to actually be considerate.
