Promote safer riding through MSF and State Certified Training . 

 The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has spent years researching and refining the Basic Rider Course.   It is structured for the beginning rider , but can help the experienced rider as well. No previous riding experience is required, but you should be able to ride a bicycle. 

 Completion of the BRC course waives the written and riding portion of the M endorsement in Oklahoma.
