Segment 1 is designed to prepare teens (under the age of 18) to acquire their Michigan Level 1 Driver License. The course includes a Parent/Student information meeting at the beginning of each program, Minimum of 24 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours behind-the-wheel driving instruction (12 hours on the street = 6 driving and 6 observing), and copies of the "Michigan Traffic Safety Education Student Manual," "What Every Driver Must Know," "Graduated Driver Licensing A Guide for Parents," and "Road Skills Test Study Guide."
Segment 2 is designed to prepare teens (under the age of 18) to acquire their Michigan Level 2 Driver License. The course includes a minimum of 6 hours of classroom instruction and a copy of "Road Skills Test Study Guide."
Adult Driving Instruction is designed to prepare adults (age 18 or older) to acquire their Michigan Driver License. Complete Stop Driver Training offers instruction in 1 hour blocks. During each hour, driving instruction is tailored to the student's individual needs and requests. Long-distance pick-ups are provided for an additional fee.
Designed to assist the teen driver in obtaining their behind-the-wheel hours, as required by the Department of Education during their Level 1 License. Rent-A-Parent is a great alternative for hectic and busy family schedules, one or no car families, apprehensive teens, and not to mention the reluctant or third shift parent.
