This course is for teen drivers, under the age of 18 years old, who wish to be licensed before their 18th birthday. This is the six-hour DMV required course. The time is divided into 3 two-hour lessons. The permit is not valid until you have completed the first lesson with a certified driving instructor and therefore it is ILLEGAL to begin driving prior to the first lesson.
