Drive Home Safe Driving School is owned and operated by a retired veteran police officer, Dennis Harper. Dennis has 30 years of law enforcement experience. He has taught the Emergency Vehicle Operators Course: Train the Trainer Program for the Illinois Police Training Board to police officers for twenty five years.

Dennis has been a Traffic Accident Reconstruction Specialist within his police department for many years as well as a detective investigating a variety of cases from minor/major crashes to serious crimes. He has been an instructor in traffic law and is experienced in public speaking. Dennis teaches teens and the general public defensive driving techniques that will keep young people and adults alike safe while driving home everyday. Working to prevent accidents, reducing injuries and saving lives his entire career, Dennis is an Illinois Licensed Driver Education Instructor for Drive Home Safe Driving School located in Geneva and Oswego Illinois.
