Our 'Renewal' course is for people who have already completed a California Mature Driver Course (online or in a classroom). Once you complete this shorter (240 minutes) course, you receive an official California DMV Mature Driver 'Renewal' Certificate that qualifies you for an additional three years of auto insurance discounts. Note Your current Mature Driver Certificate must not have expired more than 12 months ago (over 4 years from your completion date). If it has, you must take the 'Initial' course.
