Scheduled two appointments, one for each of my twins, one on a Saturday and one on Sunday. Daniel K called my son Friday evening to say he couldn't make the scheduled time and needed to delay by 2 1/2 hours. My son said Daniel was rude and didn't feel comfortable taking the lesson, so we canceled it. Daniel then called 5 minutes before my daughter's appointment at 1:00 and said he would be 20 minutes late. He also said he had expected a response to a text he sent confirming the appointment, but there was nothing to indicate a response was expected. At 1:30 (30 minutes past the appointment time) we cancelled the appointment online. He showed up about 5 minutes after that and called. He said he wasn't late because a response to his text wasn't sent. My wife said he was being very aggressive and did not trust sending our 15 year old daughter out for her first driving lesson with someone who spoke like that. I wish I had read the reviews of this place before I booked. I would never trust them with my children!

Very disappointed in the service I received from this driving company. They canceled the day before my sons lesson stating they would not be able to come due to traffic. Then apologized, and told me the lesson would be $10 if I rescheduled. I confirmed the discounted rate twice because it sounded far fetched. It was confirmed twice that it would be $10. I rescheduled, then AGAIN, the day before the lesson, I was told the $10 rate was a typo. I can’t with the dishonesty and lack of integrity!!! It was all in writing…so moving on to the next company!!!
