Extremely disappointed with Rocky Road Driving School. My son finished his coursework and we discovered there were no instructors available and a long waiting list for drives. When I called to express concern, I was told there was “nothing they could do.” Only weeks later did I learn I could get a refund and use another school — something that was never offered when I first called. I found another driving school that scheduled him within four days! Poor communication, no accountability, and zero customer service. Families deserve better than this.

Just want to give a very appreciative thanks to your employee Angela. She went way over and above to help me with my unusual delema. She could of said "Not our problem, good luck". But she used her contacts to solve my problem instead. Thank you very much! I hope they realize what a great 'overand above' employee you have in Angela. I highly recommend Rocky Road Driving School.
