I'm Alan Beckley, owner and certified driving instructor at Alert Driver Training in Rock Hill, SC.

I teach the 8 hour traffic safety class and also offer behind-the-wheel training for novice drivers in their teens, on up to the mature driver wishing to polish their driving skills. Using a variety of teaching methods including lectures, videos, white board illustrations and group activities, I challenge my students to examine and improve their safe driving habits. I am also a Third Party Tester, meaning that you can take the road skills test using my vehicle and avoid the long lines at the DMV.

​My students come from many area schools, including Rock Hill HS, Northwestern HS, South Pointe HS, Fort Mill HS, Nation Ford HS, York Comprehensive HS, Chester HS, Clover HS, Indian Land HS, Lewisville HS, Riverwalk Academy, St. Ann's Catholic School, Westminster Catawba Christian School, York Preparatory Academy, Comenius School of Creative Leadership, Applied Technology Center, Flexible Learning Center, York Technical College and Winthrop University.
