This mandatory Five Hour Pre-Licensing Class allows students who hold a New York State Learner's permit to make a road test appointment. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a certificate which must be presented to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Examiner at the time of the road exam. Photocopies of the five hour certificate will not be accepted at the road test site. The applicant must have the original document.

Arrow Auto Driving School is an authorized agent for the New York State Safety Program, we provide the Point/Insurance Reduction Class. Inquire for class dates, location, and prices. Completion of this course will enable you to Receive a 10% discount on your Liability insurance for 3 years. Receive a 10% discount on your Collision insurance for 3 years. Reduce 4 points from your violation record to prevent a suspension of your New York State license.

Each driving lesson is completely private and a full 45 minutes behind the wheel. The instructor will pick you up at your home and return you to that location when your lesson is over. At the end of the first lesson, you will be given a complete evaluation of your driving skills. The instuctor will help you correct your mistakes so that you will be able to pass your road test, using a step by step method of teaching. You can either pay each time you have a lesson, or you can save money by purchasing a package plan.
