Do not! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! I paid for several services with them which they did not provide. I took their 5 hour zoom class and paid an extra fee to the certificate mailed to me. This was in January. It's now the middle of March. My road test was scheduled for March 12th. I called their office several times telling them I still haven't received my certificate, they told me it would be at the office when I arrive the morning of the road test. I called twice, Monday before my test, and the day before, to confirm that my certificate would be at the office. I arrived at their office at the scheduled time, 9am, and the office was closed. I called the main number and spoke with Carlos, who said he was the owner. He kept telling me everything that was told to me before, that my certificate was mailed out. After taking time off from work and traveling over an hour I was pissed. I told Carlos I want a full refund for everything I paid, totaling $179.40. He agreed. He gave me his personal cell phone number which we started to text and I sent him screenshots of all the times I've called his office. I was even willing to allow them to rectify this by making good on their service, but he stopped responding to me. A day or two later I wrote them an email listing the time line of events and told them I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, which I eventually did after my email went unanswered. Now I have to find another school to retake the 5hr certificate class, rent a car, and reschedule my road test. It takes a lot for me to get to this point but I don't like my time being wasted and especially now, I don't have money to just give away.
