Driving Permit Checklist:

Items needed to obtain your students driving permit from the Secretary of State

1) A Parent 2) Signed Permit Application from One Way Driving School
3) $20.00 in cash or check made payable to the Secretary of State
4) Social Security Card
5) Birth Certificate (must be the original with the raised seal)
6) Eyeglasses or contacts (you will be given a vision test)
7) Something with you current address
8) Something with your signature
