Very unprofessional. Instructor Laura, not sure of her last name, cannot hear, mumbles and stutters, recites incorrect information, forgets what she’s taught and has a very short temper. Drove with my daughter on first drive and they were stopped at a train, Laura grabbed the steering wheel and told her to go. Daughter replied there’s a train and Laura laughs off the fact that she didn’t see or hear it. Insane that this woman still has a job at this school. Also very elderly, not sure why she’s eligible to teach new drivers. $420 was a WASTE OF OUR TIME! Do not attend this school.

Honestly I would rate this place a 0 if I could but since I can only give a 1 star rating that will have to do. The people at this place are extremely rude and expect too much out of teen drivers. Both me and some of my friends have experienced rude behavior at this place. They are mean before during and after the test. They expect you to get over into the left turn lane on a busy work day with heavy traffic and fail you if you cannot do so even if unsafe. They are impractical people with no kindness.

Very poor and very rude for road testing , Failed my daughter for not being able to get over to turn left at the light with very heavy traffic at 5 pm on a very busy road and then was rude to us after .
