Began arranging for adult week-long refresher lessons with EZ Driving, Fort Mill (worth a total of $700+ to the business for the weeks duration). All confirmed, all allegedly arranged (emails, texts and so forth confirmed) - including driving at various times of day and lighting, various roads - especially those in and around Ballantyne and beyond. The Sunday afternoon before the block lessons were to commence, I was called and advised - rather than the '...Drive on your schedule from home, work or school...' mission statement, I was to transport my military adult son to a Chick-Fil-A carpark on Lancaster Highway, and this drop off/collection schedule would be expected the remainder of the week. Waxhaw was now 'too far out' for lessons to be from that area (in fact, the instructor said that he doubted the 'boss' who booked the lessons knew where Waxhaw even was), 3. Instructor had other commitments and learner drivers that that required his attention. When I explained that although I could certainly pick-up and drop off the first morning at a Chick-Fil-A car park some 30+ minutes away (rush hour traffic @ 0800hrs), I couldn't commit to that EVERY day because I had my own work schedule. I further explained that the mission statement of EZ Driving (another reason why I chose them in the first place of) in terms of driving lessons from your 'home' '....lessons from home, work, or school....', along with our past emails and phone calls, meant that the driving school KNEW I lived in Waxhaw. The instructor said that this location would no longer '....work for him or EZ Driving...', and that, ladies and gentlemen, was that. Nothing after that point. No further phone call. No update. No apology. If you require a professional attitude, transparency and completion of agreed contract, then find yourself another driving school. We did, and boy - what a difference in attitude, professionalism and care and attention. These things matter. Read Less
