When I receive a call from their dispacher , the kady was rude after we set up an appointment for two hours! She claimed that she dies not know her driver's type of car or a pictures of the driver! All that I wanted to know was what type if car should be expencting to pick up my minor son at the appointment time! She said that they do not work that way!? They do not provide information on their driver's instructional staff! Very rude and unprofessional! They just care about their "cash money!" I hope that we do not regret this investment.
