My grandson just completed his 4th lesson. The "scoring test sheet" that the instructor gave to him was illegible and not understandable. When I called the school to try to get an understanding, they went into a long explanation about how it is up to the instructor and what my grandson got was an older, outdated form but there was absolutely nothing they could do about it because it meets state guidelines. They said the instructor tells the student verbally what was on the sheet. It is not logical for a 16 yr. old to comprehend that much information verbally and recall it for future reference or for the parent to be fully aware of how well their child is driving. They were very rude and unprofessional. It would seem like the purpose of the school is to place good drivers on the road. If the student's outcome is not the main focus for their services--for the $400(+) they charge--then it is just a business providing income for the employees and independent contractor/instructors. I don't see much accountability to the state by this school’s protocol and makes me very concerned about teenage drivers who end up on the road. Read Less

Both of my kids have done in-cars through Schwartz (one pre-covid, one post-covid) -- it was great in all respects. Efficient scheduling (some locations are busier than others for sure), and neither kid waited more than a month to get incars scheduled. It is hard to call and reach someone, but they've always returned my call or email. We had zero issues with this company, and everyone was happy in the end!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They took my money for my daughter's in car lessons back in March. Asked us to be patient with them due to covid shutting them down. Was happy to do so. However, when it came time to reschedule, they were impossible to reach. I would call and not be able to get through...not even to voice mail. I emailed. No timely response. Finally someone got back to me many months later. She was very rude and unprofessional. Said they do not give refunds, but said she would pass my info along to the manager. Manager never called me back. Had to file a dispute through my credit card company and that's how I finally got my money back. They are THE WORST. We went through All Star in Upper Arlington. They were professional and honest and timely.
