Our family paid Allstars $470 in June 2024 for a package we understood included behind-the-wheel training. My son completed the driver-education portion but received zero behind-the-wheel lessons. We first tried to schedule around August 17, 2026—about two months after the expiration date Allstars says applied under its two-year policy. We had not tried to schedule earlier. Allstars refused both the driving lessons and a refund in writing on August 17. I then sent a final written demand for the $470 refund with a ten-day deadline. As of October 16, 2026, I have received no response to that demand and no refund. I am very disappointed with how our request was handled and would not choose this school again.
