I paid in full for lessons for my son and then was unable to reach anyone by phone. I had tried for several months to contact the company. My understanding is that the company was going through bankruptcy. When I finally did, they scheduled the appointments. Then my son showed up 15 minutes early for his first lesson and no one showed up to do the lessons. He waited for 30 minutes after it was time for his appointment. Still no one showed up. The sign on the door said they were gone to lunch and would return at 1:30. His appointment was at 4:30. When he left at 5:00, almost immediately, I received an email stating that we owe $40.00 for not showing up! I have time stamped pictures proving that he was there and the instructor was not. I finally now spoke to someone in your office that called the instructor while I was put on hold... Read More

I finally now spoke to someone in your office that called the instructor while I was put on hold. The instructor is now saying that he was there and we did not show. Very frustrating. Someone has now gone in and cancelled all of the remaining lessons. I have researched and have found this is a common issue. If I do not get this resolved as soon as possible, I will have to contact our Attorney General or pursue other ways to either get this resolved or receive a full refund of my money. I will await your response. Read Less

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I have been trying for 6 months to get a refund. I signed my son up for lessons that we never received. Not sure why they have a 5 star rating. The driving instructor would not come nor call to say they were not coming. I had to call after waiting 30 minutes and waiting on hold for the school to tell me there was an emergency all to find out the instructors were marking the lesson complete. We had to go to a different driving school to complete drive time, Faith driving school was amazing if you are looking for a school that is reliable and honest not just trying to take your money.

Not sure why the rating increase itself. I choose one and it becomes 2 by itself. This is telling you something for dishonesty of the company. This company is cheating students, the young generations by pretending providing school for young children defense driving but this company scam the young generation. Not sure how stressful the young generation with this company. This company does not deserve rating 1 but 0

They were super friendly when selling us the plan, but that’s where it ended. They always canceled lessons. Instructors would come for an hour lesson, do 45 min, and write down an hour. One instructor smelled horrible and our kid couldn’t stand being in the car with her. Another one made our kid pull over and wait for her to take smoke breaks during the lessons. Another one didn’t show up several times, and when we finally got ahold of him, he said “sorry, I quit.” We paid for 24 hours of lessons 8 months ago, and have only received 16 hours. It’s a constant battle just to get an instructor over here. We’ve been put off, ignored, and ultimately ripped off. They won’t refund anything either.
