High Desert Driving School was established in 1991 when Driver’s Education and Training was being phased out by the Public Schools due to budget shortfalls and the State’s focus on educating the students on the 13 courses of study required by Law. We were one of only a few commercial driving schools at the time. Many driving schools today have duplicated our policies, techniques and procedures. We were one of the first to offer Online Driver Education when we learned it was what the public wanted, but also stuck to our principals and did not give up quality education in the classroom. We give our best in customer service and have gained a reputation for it. When others cheat , we stay the course. A LIFE is too valuable not to take Driving seriously and we do. We started with one vehicle and built our fleet to six, not wanting to get too big and lose our customer satisfaction. Building relationships is important to us. The majority of our customers today are referred and will tell you they got their monies worth. We serve the entire Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys. We have over 25 years experience teaching driver education and behind the wheel. Pick-Up and drop off is available within our service areas. We not only instruct teens and adults to drive but have programs for all ages including those referred to DMV Driver Safety.
