Currently in Massachusetts, driver's education for a new driver with a learner's permit consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction, 12 hours of actual behind the wheel driving, and 6 hours of back seat observation. Parents are also required to attend a separate 2 hour session. This package will meet all of Massachusetts state requirements for students under the age of 18 to obtain their license.

The classroom training course will fulfill a Junior Operators License's 30 hours of in class instructions. This class is needed for teens under the age of 18 to acquire their license at an earlier age. To attend this class a student must be at least 15 years and 9 months on the first day of class.

This course is for junior operator students who have completed their driving course (30 hours classroom) in another driving school. This course is the 2nd part of the junior operator course behind the wheel only. This course will complete RMV requirements of 12 hours driving, 6 hours observation. Driving hours for this package are loaded up to the website every week on Tuesday at 8 PM. Pick up and drop offs for these hours are only for Quincy and Milton. Unfortunately, we cannot do pick up and drop off in Boston, Weymouth, or Braintree.

Whether you are a NQAA student or not, we are pleased to assist you with taking your road test. NQAA makes requests to the RMV for a road test twice a month, and we can also bring you to a local RMV branch for a road test. We can only sponsor road tests at the Dorchester Armory or Braintree RMV. If you have a road test date with the RMV, please give us a call, and we can try to accomodate.
