While my experience started off well it got worse as time went on through my daughter's 36 hour course. Calling the office was tedious as the people I spoke with frequently referred me to call back the following week to speak with someone else in regards to most questions. Unfortunately one of those questions, when is the remaining balance due, went unanswered until I was already charged a late fee. I called to schedule my daughters driving time and was told to call back next week, so I am now several days late and was charged 30 dollars and they never call you or email you or even text to ask for payment either. Had I known I needed to come in that night and pay I would have, but instead just picked my daughter up like normal and came home thinking someone would bill me and have been calling ever since to try to schedule the driving time which is separate from the 30 hour class. I have talked to this place numerous times and not once did they mention a payment due or a fee. They just told me to call back next week and then charged me for being late. I would NOT RECCOMMEND using this driving academy for your child or loved ones. Read Less
