You are 100% correct Shawn.They booked more students than they could handle at one time and they are in desperate need of instructors to teach each student. Absolutely horrible.

Im here on a grant from Geaux Jobs, which mean I have to get this CDL license or I may have to pay back the grant money. I do know this much, if I somehow fail to get my CDL by April 14th 2022, its not because I didn't attend school (Mon - Thur, 6am till 5pm) its because I've been here since March 21st and today is March 31st and still haven't (Driven a truck, Straight Back, Offset and Ally Dock) I HAVEN'T BEEN TAUGHT AT ALL HOW TO DRIVE A TRUCK.

Make sure they put all the rules in a contract on the 1st day because everyday they have a new rule...we are going to corporate

I want to share my experience while attending Coastal Truck Driving School on the professional experience, friendliness, safeness that I received while attending the Hammond, LA location. All of the staff members were knowledgeable to discuss different parts, operation of all the different trucks, the manual and videos. All the instructors encourage the students to interact with one another, discuss truck parts and operations. Gene was my instructor, his experience, knowledge is second to none. Gene also made the environment comfortable while in the truck and classroom. Joe was my tester for the road test, his experience, knowledge is second to none and appreciate that Joe took the extra step for the encouragement before the test. Barbara and Hauser were extremely helpful with the paperwork, the breakdown of the course, the cost in order to help me obtain my CDL license.
