As of March, 1, 2010, driver license applicants between the ages of 18-24 must complete an approved driver education course and a driving skills test to become a license driver in Texas. Upon completion of the Adult Driver Education course an official state certificate will be issued for purposes of presenting proof of completion to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Our state certified 6 hour adult driver education course covers the subject areas of road signs and road rules. We highly recommend that all adults even over the age of 24 take this course because not only do we prepare you well for the Road Rules and Road Signs Exams, you take these exams at our facility, in a quiet environment while the information is fresh in your mind. We also provide tips and techniques on how to pass your driving skills test to become a licensed driver.

C.O.P.S. Defensive Driving Academy is a DPS Authorized Testing Center and authorized by the Texas Department of Public Safety to administer the final Driving test. Now both TEENS and ADULTS can now take their road test without waiting at long lines and months of delays.
