I have never been more disgusted by a company before!!!! This company is packed with unprofessional bigots. On April 7, I called to register and I was paired with Ms. Kelly. She rushed me off the phone and finished my registration via text which caused a lot of issues. The first issue arose when she misspelled my email. Not wanting any of my personal information sent to a stranger, I pointed out the mistake and she ignored her fault, didn't apologize, and stated that the two spellings were "the same". The next issue caused by the lack of communication on her part was the issue of pickup, which I didn't know was an option. She asked for an address for registration but didn't explain that she would use this address to come and get me, so I gave her the address I use for any important business( billing, mail, etc). On April 10, the first day of my supposed lessons, Kelly texted me at 1:59 pm stating she was "headed my way", without any verification/confirmation asking if I was even still on for that day. Confused, I asked her where she was on her way to and she responded with the address from registration. Once I gave her my residential address, she told me it was "out of the way" and she would be late. She finally texted me that she arrived at 2:48 pm (18 minutes late for my appt was at 2:30 pm), however, when I checked outside she was not there. I receive a text at 2:53 pm stating she was uncomfortable with my residential area, which is complete crap since I live in a low-crime waterfront historical district and my house is next to a church. I called her to see what her issue truly was and she stated she was scared and felt she would be set up, I would've been able to sympathize with her if 1. she didn't "huh" when I asked what exactly about my peaceful neighborhood scared her 2. I didn't pay in full with a credit card (which has ALL of my information attached to it) during registration when she gave me the option to pay in cash and 3. she didn't offer to come back at 4:30 pm, which no uncomfortable person would do. She proceeded to get rude on the phone which led me to ask for her boss, to which she proudly stated "my brother wouldn't be available to speak with you until tomorrow". She then canceled all of my appointments that were paid for without me speaking with the owner or giving me a refund. The next day came and her brother didn't reach out so I texted her and demanded an explanation since my money was not refunded. She responded that her brother had a lot of students, like I was supposed to give a rat's tail about, and that she would come at 4, which was dumb since my PAID appointment that she canceled without my consent nor her brother's was scheduled for 2:30 pm that day. Her brother called later that day without an apology. He just called to defend his sister and tell me he refunded my money and stated he would call us back after discussing the situation with his sister again, which he didn't do.
