The staff was very rude and kept giving me conflicting information! I have been dealing with someone telling me one thing and then they say another!! I WASTED MY MONEY! I should have just gone straight to DPS, pay $16 and would have had results immediately!!! I paid $75 to submit my daughter’s application (ON TOP OF THE $75 FOR TAKING THE ROAD TEST) online 02/14/25 and I got a phone call Tuesday saying it didn’t go through because of missing SSN (THE SAME PAPERWORK THAT THE STAFF LOOKED OVER)!! THEY EVEN ASKED ME THE SSN FOR ANOTHER FORM, but THEY WANT TO BLAME ME FOR MISSING INFORMATION when it was given to them and it was their responsibility as well to look over the paperwork before submitting!! THEY ALSO MISSED CORRECTING IT or at least tell me to put it on there before submitting!!.. Read More

BUT INSTEAD OF TAKING OR SHARING THE RESPONSIBILITY, THEY WANT TO POINT FINGERS TO BE FOR IT DECLINING AND WANT TO BE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING WHEN I'M ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW LONG THIS WILL DELAY MY DAUGHTER FROM GETTING HER DL---I DIDN'T WANT HER DRIVING AROUND ILLEGALLY!!! So Tuesday, I asked if it’s submitted then how long will it take to be accepted and I was told 2 WEEKS!!! WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF CONVENIENCE AND QUICK TURNAROUND! After hearing this,I then told them at this point, it would be quicker to go to DPS because they approve on the spot and you leave with a temp license! I asked to get my forms and be refunded the $75 online submission fee and they offered to refund half. Then due to schedule issues, I called Wednesday and said to go ahead and submit online thinking it would be processed by Friday where I can just go to DPS and finish processing to get approval. They said they can’t submit until Thursday. I called Thursday to verify if it has been submitted and NO ANSWER and when they finally answered, I WAS RUDELY TOLD, YES I SEE YOU HAVE CALLED A LOT TODAY!! NOW, IT'S FRIDAY and per DPS staff that if they submitted it, it should instantly be in their system to look over the files and they should be able to finish the process!! I was told that once Thursday by DPS in one location. I was told the same thing again DPS appt today when they tell me they can’t find my daughter in their system! A LOT OF RUNNING AROUND WITH NO RESULTS!! THE WORST PART: today I was very annoyed that it’s been a week and still no sign of getting any progress, I called them and asked to just GIVE ME MY DOCUMENTS THEY HAVE AND I WILL SUBMIT MYSELF!! I WAS TOLD OK, AND I WAS TOLD TO COME TO THEIR LOCATION TO PICK UP. IT WAS AN HOUR DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY. WHEN I GOT THERE, AN OLD LADY WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ARGUING WITH ME IN FRONT OF STUDENTS AND CUSTOMERS!! SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL NOT RELEASE MY FORMS!!! I ASKED HER THEN WHY DID SOMEONE TELL ME TO PICK IT UP WHEN THEY COULD HAVE SAVED ME TIME, GAS, AND FRUSTRATION!! SHE MADE THE SITUATION WORSE SAYING I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU TALKED TO BUT I'M NOT RELEASING ANY DOCUMENTS!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THEIR NAMES!! ONE WAS ARGUING AND CUTTING ME OFF MID-SENTENCE ON THE PHONE AND INSTRUCTED ME TO WASTE MY TIME DRIVING THROUGH TRAFFIC! THE OTHER OLDER LADY WAS RUDE IN PERSON ASKING ME WHY I WAS EVEN GOING TO THE DPS, UNAPOLOGETIC AND NEVER OFFERED A SOLUTION!! BASICALLY, SHE TOLD ME I WON'T GIVE YOUR DOCUMENTS AND JUST STARED AT ME LIKE I'M AN IDIOT FOR COMING THERE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THIS SITUATION IN MY LIFE AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB!!! AND WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THESE WORKERS! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! AFTER READING A LOT OF THE 1 STARS, THERE IS A CONSISTENT THEME OF "RUDE STAFF, RUDE WORKERS, SMART REMARKS" for over 3-5 years, YET NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO CHANGE OR FIX THAT. EVEN IN YOUR RESPONSES TO OUR REVIEWS, YOU DO NOT ADDRESS THE RUDENESS, YOU ARE ALWAYS ON THE DEFENSIVE AND TRYING TO JUSTIFY YOUR WRONG ACTIONS TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS AND ON TOP OF THAT, SHIFTING THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMERS. I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE HOW YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AND SEEMS TO HAVE THE SAME STAFF THAT PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT. ONE GOOD THING: THE ROAD TEST WENT TERRIFIC AND THE LADY THAT TESTED MY DAUGHTER WAS AMAZING! Read Less
