There are certain charges in the State of Georgia that may require you to attend a DUI School and complete a Risk Reduction Program, which is approved by the Georgia Department of Drivers Services (DDS). The DUI School Risk Reduction Program is often mandated by the court, according to the laws of the State of Georgia.
