Instructors don’t instruct. Lepper just sits on her phone everytime you are in a neighborhood and the only instruction she offers is telling you to turn 3 seconds before you are supposed to. Bopp talks loudly on your ear the entire time, and forces you to turn a certain way that is not recommended for safety because the airbags could break your wrists. I don’t remember the other people’s names, but they were just as bad. Poor teaching methods and they all get upset when you make mistakes. They reprimand you but don’t explain how to do better. Most places just give you one instructor, but here they let you pick for each lesson. However, if you want a time that works you will probably just end up with a random person because the person you had last time could be taken for that time already... Read More

Not that you would even want the person from last time. I didn’t want to return to any of the instructors I ended up with Also their policies in general suck. Especially with scheduling. The front desk person is incredibly rude as well. Overall the experience leaves you feeling upset. Read Less

Instructors are not helpful apart from telling you when to turn. There is no teaching involved. It should really just be advertised as practice. Then, I would not have signed up. There are no refunds. Save your money and just wait until your kid is old enough to get a permit without behind the wheel instruction.
