Our professional staff includes teachers, coaches and educational administrators in local communities which have been trained to meet the educational needs of all types of student learners. We can provide adaptive equipment recommendations and in-vehicle training for clients with special challenges or learning disabilities. Our diverse instructors have been personally trained by the owner of Right Way Driving School. All employees are certified as New Jersey State Defensive Driving Instructors. Additionally, our staff is fully licensed by NJMVC as commercial driving instructors. All Right Way Driving employees are fully insured and bonded, as required by the State of New Jersey.  Our personnel are meticulously screened and intensively trained to be able to provide excellent and informative instructions. They are all caring, polite, educated people with good moral characters and pleasant attitudes. Our team members have joined forces to provide the community with the highest standard in driver education services. All staff members attend conferences throughout the year, which allows us to maintain our certifications and provide our clients with the latest strategies in safe driving. As trained teachers, our instructors have a vested interest in creating a safer driving environment.
