SMART, Inc. is a non-profit educational program that provides motorcycle rider education using curriculum developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and taught by MSF certified Rider Coaches. The program provides training for beginning riders in the Basic Rider Course(BRC), the 3Wheel Basic Rider Course (3WBRC), and for experienced riders in the (BRC-2 course).

In addition to rider education, SMART, Inc. also emphasizes motorcycle awareness. We accomplish this task by providing literature and information to the public while participating in safety fairs and other community events and motorcycle events sponsored by various motorcycle groups. The program also seeks to increase the awareness of motorcycles by all vehicle operators by providing an orientation to motorcycling using a program developed by MSF called "Sharing the Road." "Sharing the Road" is a short program that may be presented to individuals enrolled in driver's education programs or to other community groups.
