We can also help the student with the DMV driving exam to obtain the driver license. For an additional fee of $125.00, we will provide the car for the student drive test. We will pick up the student one-hour before the drive test and give the student one (1) hour brush up on the way to the DMV. We will process the student in and present all documents, insurance, registration, students permit, etc. We will wait for the student to come back from the test and out process the student. When the student finishes and completes the test the instructor will take the student back home or anywhere in Orange County. We are here to help take the student through the initial driving experience of learning to drive and passing the drive test and getting the license from start to finish. If you have any other questions or concerns you can contact us at (714) 505-3427. We are here to help and serve you!

We will identify what problem areas are being neglected and make any recommendations you may need to successfully pass the DMV drive test.

If you have not already received two consecutive five-year extensions, you may be eligible to renew by mail, without taking a written test, if Your current license expires before age 70. You do not have a probationary license. You have not violated a written promise to appear in court within the last two years. You are not suspended for driving with an illegal blood alcohol content (BAC) level, or for refusing, or for failing to complete a chemical or preliminary alcohol-screening test within the last two years. You do not have a total violation point count greater than one. Note You may renew by Internet if your renewal-by-mail notice includes a Renewal Identification Number (RIN) DMV can reexamine a driver when information suggests they no longer have the knowledge and/or skills necessary to drive safely. Such reexaminations are based on information received from peace officers, physicians, family members, relatives, and acquaintances or other drivers sharing the road by getting the license plate number and submitting a complaint to the DMV stating specific observations relating to the person’s potential ability to drive safely. At a reexamination, a Driver Safety Hearing Officer may ask you a wide range of questions about your driving history and about specific incidents on your driving record, as well as questions about your health and medical history, and questions about the rules of the road and how you would handle specific driving situations. You may be asked to provide medical reports from your physician, medical records, or similar documents. All information concerning your health and medical history is confidential by law, and the department cannot divulge this information to any outside party. The Driver Safety Hearing Officer may require you to submit to a vision test, a written test of your knowledge of the rules of the road, and a drive test. If a drive test is required, you will be scheduled for a separate drive test appointment. When taking a drive test, you must provide a vehicle in which to take the test. You must present acceptable proof of financial responsibility (automobile insurance) in effect at the time of the drive test. Following the reexamination, the Driver Safety Hearing Officer decides whether any action should be taken against the person’s driving privilege in the interest of public safety. If so, such action may be a restriction, probation, suspension, or revocation of the driving privilege. The driver is notified in writing of the action and usually would have the right to a hearing to contest the action if they believe it is unjustified.
