DO NOT USE HIM! Believe the bad reviews! He will steal your money! As a parent nothing is explained to you and when you call to get clarification HE EXPLAINS NOTHING and is VERY RUDE. He stays booked up so your kid can barely schedule “behind the wheel” lessons and then blames you for not being able to schedule. With all the difficulties dealing with him I called the State to see if there was another route we could take, Got information for another driving school went through them received the DE-964 certificate. Schedule the road test with the school, since my son was comfortable with him and knew what he was looking for when it came to driving. Day of the road test Julius says he can’t accept the certificate, EVEN though I called beforehand to verify it was the right certificate that was needed and refused to refund for the road test even though he said he was going to refund because he was tired of people saying he stole their money. I paid $460.00 for my son to attend this driving school. I have never been able to call during normal business hours and actually speak to an employee. Then it's very difficult to ever receive a return call from them. Due to the bad freeze and power outage in February, the final entire week of the three week program was canceled. They did not reschedule the classes to teach the material. The instructor informed me the kids were to learn the material as "homework" because the classes would not be rescheduled. Also, we went to take his driving test at the Anna location today and learned that the form requied by DPS, the DE946, the one every student receives after completing any drivers education program, is not included included in the cost! Had I realized that my son would be teaching himself everything anyways, I would have done the parent taught program and saved my self over $400. And the DE946 would have been included! I strongly discourage anyone from using the school. Read Less
