The Basic Rider Course provides students with the basics to begin riding on the open road. The class is about 15 hours long consisting of 5 hours of classroom training and 10 hours of hands-on cycle training. Completing the Basic Rider Course allows a student to obtain the Motorcycle Endorsement on their Florida Drivers License.

 Successful completion of the Basic Rider Course requires you to; 1) Complete all course assignments, 2) Attend all sessions, 3) Pass a knowledge test, and 4) Pass an on-motorcycle skill test that consists of exercises from the course.
